The white sandy beaches and the rows of luxury estate homes are what immediately comes to mind when thinking of Manalapan. The small town is reputed for its lush foliage, the water of the Intracoastal, and the lapping waves of the Atlantic Ocean.
An island town, Manalapan has two separate sections of land, one on the southern boundary of Hypoluxo Island, the other a stretch of land along the A1A and the ocean.

The Palm Beach County town of Manalapan is located just south of East Ocean Ave, where it meets South Ocean Boulevard. While it shares part of Hypoluxo Island with Lantana, residents of the southern half are proud to call Manalapan home. The town was named after the New Jersey township with the same moniker, and the word itself means good bread or a good place to settle.
Just 0.4 square miles of land is home to less than 500 residents, most of whom live in waterfront estates or luxury condos. Homes in the area are often well into the million dollar range, offering Intracoastal dockage, unobstructed waterfront views, and Atlantic Ocean access.
Residents of Manalapan are fortunately poised to take advantage of their surroundings. Aside from the natural bounty, they’re given exclusive access to the Coquille Club, thanks to resident-only membership privileges.
