Delray Beach is a city in Palm Beach County Florida, with a population of 66,500 people. The median age of residents is 46 years old and has a male to female ratio of 49%. The median household income is $53,233.
The median sales price for homes is lower this month, down 2.77% to $263,000.
The median estimated home value in Delray Beach is lower than the Palm Beach County median of $307,000 and lower than the State of Florida median of $256,000.

The Boca Raton real estate market saw the median sale price of homes increase 8.27% from the previous month to $445,000, and increase 7.1% compared to the last quarter.
In Boca Raton, the median estimated home value is higher than the Palm Beach County median of $307,000 and higher than the State of Florida median estimated home value of $256,000.
The median list price for homes is also higher than the Palm Beach County median of $330,000 and higher than the State of Florida median list price of $280,000.
There are 61 distressed properties, 56 pre-foreclosures, and 5 foreclosures in the Boca Raton real estate market as of July 2019.
A total of 37 homes that sold in the Boca Raton real estate market were 2800 to 3,000 square feet in size, 26 homes sold were 1,600 square feet or less. Of the homes sold in Boca Raton, 36 were two bedroom homes, 53 three-bedroom homes, and 53 were four-bedrooms or more. The average age of homes sold in Boca Raton were 30 years old.
