The first time I met Patty Haftel I found her to be an easy person to talk to. She is sweet and kind, and returns your calls. She is very professional and their were problems she ran into and would not stop till she found the answer and was soon renamed “Patty P.I.”;. Patty is more to me like a friend than a realtor. She is trustworthy honest and gets the job done and you don’t feel the stress of the situation. Her hard work and dedication made this happen, Thank you Patty for all you did for me!

The best experience ever, patty was amazing very professional fed me with lots of knowledge about buying real estate in Florida, in the end we bought the vacation home we always wanted with the help of patty and husband and associate Lorne Sokoloff, as a real estate broker she made sure all transaction was done as smooth as possible, always had a smile even thou sometimes sellers were not very nice, I am giving Patrice Sokoloff a 10 on 10 great experience will never forget you.

Patty is a wonderful person and will always go out of her way to help with anything she can. Patty and Lorne did a great job selling my Condo In Boca Raton. It was not easy as we had 3 buyers unable to finance the sale. After all the Condo was sold to a good price.
