As a licensed Realtor myself, I speak with many different agents on a day to day basis. Most agents I encounter are not very responsive and/or lack the ability to communicate through the whole transaction. Patty was exceptional to work with. The best experience ever, patty was amazing very professional fed me with lots of knowledge about buying real estate in Florida, in the end we bought the vacation home we always wanted with the help of patty and husband and associate Lorne Sokoloff, as a real estate broker she made sure all transaction was done as smooth as possible, always had a smile even thou sometimes sellers were not very nice, I am giving Patrice Sokoloff a 10 on 10 great experience will never forget you.
