I was referred to Patty by a friend who she helped purchase and sell their house in the local area. Patty went above and beyond to make sure we were fully informed of the entire process. She is extremely resourceful and had great recommendations from acquiring financing, housing inspectors, and title companies. I used every resource she recommended and was pleased with each one. If anyone in the market for a house and tired of people who never answer the phone, or take 2 days to respond, give yourself a break and give Patty a call. Incredibly professional and easy to work with. I had an issue arise with our AC in our house after moving in. Even though Sokoloff Real Estate was complete with their responsibilities concerning finding my family a home, Patty fought hard with my management company to ensure the problems were fixed immediately. She continued to check in with me, as well as make calls on my behalf until the problem was resolved. Patty truly cared about our experience and is to this date the best realtor I have worked with.

Patty Haftel is by far the most efficient professional and nicest realtor I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. I was looking for a property between 250000 and 275000 and also selling my mothers deceased condo which sold for about 106000. Patty worked as if she was dealing with 7 figure residences. She is always available for phone calls and no question is too random or stupid and believe me i had some winners for her. I plan on living in my new residence for approx. 2 years at which time I will list the property with her. Want the best stop right here with Patty Haftel…you will not be disappointed.
